Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@etherionolive.com and include photographs of the product and packaging.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, opened products cannot be returned.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval and applicable local consumer protection laws.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Etherion reserves the right to evaluate all refund requests individually.
